💳 Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

We do not offer refunds on deposits or completed services.
📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
⏰ Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited depending on availability.

Due to hygiene standards, all skincare and wellness product sales are final and non-refundable.
